lightly used , has been reset , NO iCloud lock on it. I’ve checked. It is compatible with the Apple Pencil. Not sure if the warranty is expired or not but you’ll be able to see once you long into your iCloud im pretty sure it has tho. I didnt know about taking the sticker off so just left it on , it was bought from a certified apple reseller, which is why the oversized warranty sticker is there lol but the iPad works great, it’s really fast. it charges fast with a fast apple charger , a little slower with a standard charger, it’s never overheated while i was using it & my kid used to play games & watch YouTube all day. sound works , the Touch ID works , everything works as it should . flawless for everyday use. excellent materials and excellent craftsmanship ensure long-lasting durability.
