Bought this & used it 5 or 6 times before I decided to go with a different version. The hard case is off-brand & the rubber lettering on the case has fallen off (see picture 6). I have taken excellent care of this device. It is in prestine condition. It's always stored neatly in the hard case. Massager works great, and the remote is super handy, especially when you memorize the different functions. You get all accessories that came with the massager when I purchased it: Eyeris 1 eye massager, remote, grey silky case, instructions, & charging cord.
