sizzling ! Vintage Pliers for Leather Work, Cobbler, or Upholstery

Super cool piece of history. These pliers that were used in leather working, by shoe cobblers, or in upholstery. On the hammer part is a name of manufacture and a number 3. These still open and close freely. A tip is broken off one of the handles and can be seen in the pictures.
